In 2023, the Les Dames d'Escoffier Colorado Chapter will award scholarships based on credentials, scholastic and professional experience, and financial need. Scholarships are open to students who are attending an accredited university in Fall 2023; and have a focus on a food-related field, such as culinary, food science, dietetics, nutrition, beverage and fermentation, hospitality and restaurant management, animal science, agriculture, or family and consumer sciences. Two letters of recommendation are required; one from a scholastic reference and one from a professional reference. Please visit the scholarship's website for more information.
