The PSU Western Undergraduate Exchange Scholarship for Incoming First Year and Transfer Students is available to students who are residents of one of the following states or territories: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, American Samoa, Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, Republic of the Marshall Islands (RMI), or the Republic of Palau. WUE students pay reduced tuition equal to 150 percent of resident tuition. Please visit the scholarship's website for more information.
